What Participants Have Shared

Anchalee Thongdee

Khon Kaen · Document Bridge Session

My household had documents in three different locations across the province — some physical, some digital, some in my mother's house in a village outside the city. After the session, every category had a clear place and a label that my siblings could understand without asking me to explain it. The checklist has been helpful for keeping things updated when something new arrives.

Mahasarakham · Bridging Conversations

We attended the workshop as a family — three siblings with quite different views about how to handle some shared responsibilities. The session did not try to resolve anything for us, which was actually a relief. It gave us some practical ways to talk without the conversation immediately breaking down. There was one exercise I found a little awkward at the time, but in hindsight it was useful. The guide is sitting on my desk at home.

Khon Kaen · Document Bridge Session

I was not sure what to expect — I had tried to sort our household documents on my own twice before and both times gave up halfway through. The session gave us a structure I had not thought of, which was building the categories around who needs access rather than around the type of document. That shift made the whole thing click. We finished in about two and a half hours.

Udon Thani · Bridging Conversations

My extended family has a complicated situation that has been creating tension for a few years. I was not looking for anyone to fix it — I know that is not realistic. What I wanted was a better way to talk about it with my relatives without the same arguments happening every time. The workshop gave us some language for that. The facilitator was calm throughout and made it clear she was not going to take sides or give opinions about our situation.

Khon Kaen · Programme Advisory (B2B)

Our organisation runs a family information programme for the municipality and we had been struggling with how we organised our session materials and kept them up to date. Bondwell spent time looking at our actual workflows rather than asking us to describe them in abstract terms. The recommendations were specific and practical — we have already implemented about two thirds of them.

Roi Et · Document Bridge Session

We did the session over video call, which I was slightly doubtful about beforehand. In practice it worked well — we shared our screens where needed, and the session felt no less thorough than I imagine in-person would have been. My main suggestion for Bondwell would be to consider sending the folder kit in advance, rather than explaining it during the call. But overall I found it genuinely useful and will probably return for the workshop at some point.

How It Played Out in Practice

A Multi-Province Household Finally Gets a Shared System

The Situation

A family with parents in Khon Kaen, an adult child working in Bangkok, and another in Chiang Mai had important documents spread across all three households. No one was quite sure who had the originals and who had copies.

What We Did

A Document Bridge Session via video call, with three family members joining from different provinces simultaneously. We created a shared digital structure with a master index everyone could access, and assigned ownership of each document category to one person.

The Outcome

Within two hours the family had a workable system. Six months later, the mother reported they had used the index successfully during a property transaction without needing to call around to find the relevant paperwork.

"I did not realise how much mental space I was using trying to remember where things were. Having the index feels like setting something heavy down." — Anchalee T., Khon Kaen

A Community Organisation Improves Its Programme Delivery

The Situation

A small NGO running family information sessions across three districts had materials that were inconsistently updated, a facilitation process that varied too much between team members, and no formal way to gather feedback after sessions.

What We Did

The Programme Operations Advisory included a review of their session documentation, facilitator briefing practices, and material update cycle. We produced a written recommendations report with prioritised actions grouped by effort and impact.

The Outcome

The organisation adopted a standardised session guide and a simple quarterly review cycle for materials. Their team reported the facilitation process felt more consistent within two months of implementing the changes.

"The review was specific and usable — not generic observations. We knew exactly what to do next." — Pensri T., Khon Kaen
