1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

"Bondwell", "we", "us", "our" refers to Bondwell, registered and operating at 40 Mittraphap Road, Nai Muang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand.
"Service" refers to any session, workshop, or advisory offered by Bondwell, including the Document Bridge Session, the Bridging Conversations Workshop, and the Programme Operations Advisory.
"User", "you" refers to any individual or organisation accessing our website or booking a Service.
"Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions and any booking confirmation between Bondwell and the User.
"Content" refers to all text, documents, guides, checklists, and materials produced by Bondwell.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking a Service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind the organisation to these Terms. Services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. Users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian engage on their behalf.

3. Nature of Services

Bondwell provides general education, document organisation support, and operational advisory services. All Services are non-regulated and non-professional in the sense that they do not constitute:

Legal advice, legal representation, or any form of regulated legal activity.
Financial advice, investment guidance, or any regulated financial service.
Psychological counselling, therapy, or any mental health service.
Mediation, dispute resolution, or any arbitration service.

If you require any of the above services, you should engage a qualified, licensed professional for that purpose. Bondwell does not refer to or recommend specific professionals and accepts no responsibility for choices made following a session.

4. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when Bondwell sends a written confirmation by email. Availability is subject to schedule at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the scope falls outside our Services or if we are unable to accommodate the request.

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are as published on our website at the time of booking. Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and inclusive of all materials unless stated otherwise. Payment is due prior to the session. For the Programme Operations Advisory, payment terms are agreed at the time of scope confirmation. We accept bank transfer and the payment methods described in the booking confirmation. Receipts are issued upon request.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session: full refund.
Cancellations made 24–72 hours before: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: no refund, but the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
If Bondwell cancels a session, a full refund is issued or an alternative date is offered.

7. User Responsibilities

By booking a Service, you agree to:

Attend at the agreed time and be reasonably prepared for the session format.
Use session materials for personal or internal organisational use only — not for redistribution or commercial purposes.
Not share session recordings, guides, or proprietary frameworks externally without prior written agreement.
Engage with facilitators and other participants respectfully.
Provide accurate information when requested for session preparation.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

Misrepresent Bondwell's services as legal, financial, or professional advice.
Distribute, reproduce, or modify Bondwell's materials for commercial purposes.
Engage in unlawful activities of any kind.
Submit false information in a booking or contact form.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Bondwell — including session guides, checklists, frameworks, and website content — remain the intellectual property of Bondwell. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for the personal or internal organisational purposes for which they were provided. You may not copy, modify, sublicence, or distribute materials outside your household or organisation without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided in good faith on an educational and organisational basis. We make no representation that participating in a session will produce any particular outcome. We do not make specific result claims in relation to family situations, document matters, or organisational performance. All decisions made following a session are the sole responsibility of the participant.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Bondwell's total liability for any claim arising from a Service is limited to the fee paid for that Service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to lost opportunities, relationship outcomes, or decisions made based on session content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bondwell harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of our website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your representation of Bondwell's Services as something they are not.

13. Termination

Either party may end a booking arrangement at any time, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 6. Bondwell may decline to provide further Services to a User who has breached these Terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall first be addressed through informal resolution by direct communication. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand.

15. General Provisions

Entire agreement: these Terms constitute the entire agreement between Bondwell and the User in relation to the Services.
Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Notices: written notices to Bondwell should be sent to [email protected].

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our website or booking of Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
